4 1/2 months old…

Hmmm….4 1/2 months old and already starting to lift his leg!!! Way too cute! He’s sure growing up. Still a very social dog who loves people (and apparently stuff that may have been touched by a person at one point in history…more on this later) and really has a great time with other dogs. So we keep working on his recall and we play and play and play. He still loves to pick up things and carry them…cans, chunks of cars…anything. Favourite toy still is my keys…but he’s very good about playing with lots of things…like the Christmas furball (don’t ask) and he’s really taken to catching stuff…He finds stuff in bushes like gloves and shorts (!!) and wiggles all over it like it actually was still a person. One time he wiggled all over a rock/stone like that…Miss Emily sniffed it and couldn’t see the excitement but had to “keep and eye on it” just in case. He’s a good little guy…very “happy” puppy with a really good attitude.

Since puppy class…

Since puppy class…Mr. Bash is working on heeling, stand and turning his hand target to a flip finish. House training is going really well….REALLY well. Can’t wait to have Greg Derret’s video…and get the little boy going. He’s been working on his teeter and the weave pole chute. And of course he’s got tunnels and a down on the table. Smartiepatootie!

Road warrior

He’s been in lots of car trips lately…long one to Prince George for an agility trial. Got to make a new friend named Tess a red and white sweet baby border collie…lots of border collies to chase and stalk…
Then another road trip to Oregon…no new friends there…just a trek to the coast to play on the beach with Em and Max. Max is his absolute best buddy now.
Started his first puppy class yesterday.
Thats about it for now…
