Had his first swim the other day…he didn’t mean to do it but he sure faked it real well. Just got back from the Stuart Mah and Pati Hatfield seminar where Bash got to start working on his contacts, channel weaves and tunnels…a few more weeks and we can start working on his teeter! His sit maintain is awesome and he continually offers great eye contact…he’s started learning down and his recalls are going really well…got to love that bounce when he gets to you! He’s also learning to target to my hand (peice of cake)…and the two toy game is working like gang busters (whatever that really means)…goes down stairs as fast as he goes up them now! Max and him have finally started to become great friends! All is well in Bashland…

He’s finally learned how to come down stairs…quite a feat for this little young man…we’re very proud and of course so is he. 2nd time this week someone asks if he’s a Jack Russell puppy…guess he’s looking more like one now…used to be…what kind is he?

Bash was a hit at the BC/Yukon AAC Regional Championships! Got to meet lots of people and watch agility and play with his friend Jill, the border collie. He did fine on his first ferry rides and camping trip. Been pouncing on the cats more lately…unfortunately for his face…not much to update since the other dogs have been the focus of the last few days. We’re off to his first walk in the woods…

Hayley is so great with puppies…Bash takes fur rides…grabs on and holds tight as Hayley walks around the room. He got to have his first little chiropractic adjustment. That was way too cute. Sitting on cue is starting to really work. He’s starting to really offer eye contact from way down there…he’s just so small and did we say cute yet for the 90th time? Can’t believe he’s only 8 weeks old…
