Lifetime Achievement Qualifications calculated for top 15% in each jump height for individual classes: gamblers, jumpers, snooker and standard. At Regional Championships, USDAA will only provide plaques to each member of the first place team/pair overall. Clubs are responsible for placement awards for individual classes and overall.

2009 Dog Agility Steeplechase & Performance Speed Jumping Rules Change for 2009: http://usdaa.com/binary/files/09stppsjrules.pdf Dogs scoring an elimination will be included in the count of dogs with a score.

USDAA affiliates FRAC and Front Range Agility Team will co-host the Rocky Mountain Regional Championship July 4 through 6 in Brighton, Colorado.

This regional will field additional semifinalists and finalists for Grand Prix and Performance National Standard as well as semifinalists for Steeplechase in addition to providing one more qualifier for Speed Jumping and Team/Versatility
Pairs.

Finalist positions open to competitors advancing from the semifinals at the World Championships for Grand Prix and National Standard will not be reduced.

* 2008 Grand Prix of Dog Agility® & Performance National Standard Rules No change in qualification standards for 2008. However,qualifiers held at shows that do not offer all levels of titling, will not include ‘bye’ vouchers as part of the awards.
* 2008 Performance Speed Jumping Rules
Performance Speed Jumping rules remain the same for 2008.
* 2008 Dog Agility Steeplechase® Rules Qualification criteria tightened for Round 2 at Regionals and for the Semifinals at the World Championships. Based upon detailed
analysis of regional qualifications, 15% rather than 25% will be used for 2008.

The 2008 Cynosport World Games will be held October 29th through
November 2nd at WestWorld in Scottsdale for the 5th consecutive year. 
Alternative sites and dates were ruled out due to travel and facility
considerations.

Those of you planning to fly in and out
of Scottsdale should keep in mind that temperature restrictions are
less likely to be in force during morning and evening hours.  Even
though the temperatures may reach levels unsuitable for transporting
dogs in cargo between 11am and 6pm, temperatures are lower in the
morning and after sunset.

Classes scheduled for the event will be determined later this year.
